The Snuz Pillow is an hourglass shaped pillow that supports your neck and allows your head to sink into the pillow for better alignment. I found this pillow especially helpful for people that sleep with their arm under the pillow. The Snuz pillow can support all sleep positions but I think it’s best for side sleepers that have their arm under their pillow. It is a compelling design and looks great.

Overivew of the Snuz Pillow

Below is a video of me showing some of the main features of the Snuz Pillow. You can order it either direct from their website or from Amazon. At last check, Amazon had limited quantities. If you order from the Snuz websitse, you can take advantage of their trial offer. Instead of paying full price up front, you can pay $9.95 for a 14 day trial. If you don’t like it you can return it but will have to pay return shipping. If you like it you will automatically be billed the full price of the pillow.

Another distinction is that if you buy the Snuz pillow direct from their website you get a 60 money back guarantee, but still need to pay return shipping.

Construction of the Snuz Pillow

The pillow is made with 100% polyester fiber according to the tag. The materials are from China and it is assembled in the USA.

The sides of the pillow have a mesh material for breathability. As you can see the pillow is hourglass shaped for contouring giving it a unique look and feel. The two chambers of this pillow hold material in place so there’s really no need to fluff up the pillow at night or set it into position when you go to bed.

Here’s an illustration from the Snuz website about the pillow.

As far as I know, it is not machine washable.

Findings

This pillow is relatively light. The polyester feel is similar in weight to a high fill power down pillow so it’s easy to move around at night. It fits inside a standard pillow case and is the size of a regular queen size pillow.

I have slept on the pillow for a week and while I appreciate the contouring, I am going back to my shredded foam pillow. The polyester feel just didn’t offer the same amount of support and pressure relief.

If you are used to sleeping on a traditional poly fill pillow, I think the Snuz pillow would be a welcome upgrade. I like that Snuz offers a free trial and at $39.95 for full price, it’s not a bad deal and worth trying.

This pillow is going be more breathable than a foam pillow due to the material so if you tend to sleep hot, this would also be a good choice.
