You will also likely pay a bit more for a quality pillow but in the end, you will reap the rewards of a better nights sleep and overall better health and well being.

Memory foam pillows conform nicely to your neck. This is their main advantage over other pillows.However they can be known to trap heat more than a traditional pillow. New advancements in cooling technology such as gel and shredded foam have alleviated this problem considerably.
