Enhance Your Sleep Experience with Relaxing Lavender

Having a quality mattress and pillow is the first step to a good night’s sleep but it doesn’t end there. Creating a bedroom conducive to relaxation plays a big role in how quickly you will fall and stay asleep. The fan is nice a quiet and it doesn’t take long for the scent of lavender to fill the room. It’s also not overpowering. I found the lavender to be of high quality. We also have essential oils from Young Living Oils and the lavender from SOL is just as high caliber.

The diffuser retails for $45 but in addition to the fan you get organic cotton pads and a 10ml bottle of lavender essential oil. You can buy additional pads if you run out and you can put any type of essential oil in the diffuser.

Conclusion
