Check out this sleep documentary by the BBC and National Geographic about the widespread sleep deprivation problem in our society. Lack of sleep isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s harmful to your short and long term health and safety. If you suffer from sleep deprivation maybe it’s time to get your priorities aligned. Not getting enough sleep on a regular basis will lead to a shorter lifespan.
